Quality Control At Every Stage Of Project Execution
At NEERAJ INSULATION PVT LTD, we follow the strict and stringent standards of quality with regards to all input of materials as well as application procedure of insulation & related jobs. We check for quality stages of application of thermal insulation. To get the best quality job, we maintain experienced and qualified supervisors & Forman at every individual site.
1. Receipt of require materials
At NEERAJ INSULATION PVT LTD, we follow the strict and stringent standards of quality with regards to all input of materials as well as application procedure of insulation & related jobs. We check for quality stages of application of thermal insulation. To get the best quality job, we maintain experienced and qualified supervisors & Forman at every individual site.
2. Preparation of pipeline / equipments / vessels for application of thermal insulation.
Before application of insulation, our supervisor ensure that the surface over which
insulation material is to be applied is thoroughly cleaned from dust, dirt, grease etc. and
a coat of bitumen primer / red oxide is properly applied as per required application.
3. Application of basic insulation material.
Once the insulation material is applied by the laid down procedure of application, supervisors’ checks for its proper and uniform fixing. In case of any problem is found at any point of time, he gets it rectified
With our workmen before further layer is applied or cladding work is carried out.
4. Application of vapor barrier
Our supervisor checks for the continuity of vapour barrier and if any left out or
damaged/ puncture at any point then he gets rectified before proceeding further

5. Application of Cladding
Application of Aluminium / GI/ SS sheet cladding allowed only after vapour barrier is Okayed. Aluminum cladding materials is checked for its thickness (Gauge), finishing, line and level, grooving overlap and proper tight fitting.With our workmen before further layer is applied or cladding work is carried out.
6. Checking for the level of heat loss / heat gain
This is the final stage of checking for insulation quality. If quality is maintained in all 5 stages than only quality can be achieved in this stage. By checking for heat loss / heat gain, we try to prove to our client that we have achieved the targeted level of heat loss / heat gain by ensuring quality standards.With our workmen before further layer is applied or cladding work is carried out.
